Mental Problems

 I have been diagnosed with a mental problem 

I don't know what to say or to do 

Look into my eyes and tell me 

As a friend is it true 


Does this mean that l am different 

Will l never be the same 

Is it time l started hiding

Do l need to change my name 


The Dr said that this is normal 

Take these tablets everyday 

Then l spoke and asked the Dr 

Will it heal and go away 


Sadness,moods,  misunderstanding 

Everybody needs to know 

My illness is not on the outside 

It's all inside and doesn't show.
